Principals, Robert P. Stackhouse, RLA, ASLA and Stephen H. Bensinger, PLS, bring together more than 60 years combined experience in their disciplines, overseeing the firm’s 20 professionals.
Robert P. Stackhouse, RLA, ASLA
President
Mr. Stackhouse is responsible for managing our multi-disciplined consulting firm, which offers services in engineering, planning, landscape architecture, surveying and general consulting. He has over 30 years of experience in planning, land development, administration and project management, in both the public and private sector.
Stephen H. Bensinger, PLS
Vice President
Mr. Bensinger is a principal of the firm, which provides quality integrated design services to both private and municipal clients. He serves as senior project manager responsible for land development, planning and associated services including expert testimony, obtaining zoning and subdivision approvals, construction estimating and bidding. He oversees the surveying department and is responsible for all surveying aspects including boundary line calculations.
Scott T. Miller RLA, ASLA
Director of Land Development Services
Mr. Miller’s responsibilities include coordination and management of the firm’s land development services, including coordinating the multiple disciplines of survey, civil engineering, environmental and traffic. He has managed large-scale projects such as retirement communities, campus designs and mixed housing and commercial developments.
Aristides I. Otero, ASLA
Project Manager
Mr. Otero’s responsibilities include coordination and management of a wide scope of projects. He has managed large-scale projects such as athletic complexes, commercial warehousing, high school and collegiate campus Masterplans and site designs as well as mixed housing and commercial developments. Mr. Otero works through all stages of a project from concept through Construction.

Justin M. Moceri , P.E.
Director of Civil Engineering Services
Mr. Moceri supervises project engineers and checks the design work and drawings of the engineering and CAD staff. He is responsible for design of all types of public and private land development projects involving storm water management, site grading, erosion and sediment control, floodplain and floodway determinations, DEP applications, FEMA LOMR and CLOMR applications, as well as construction specifications and cost estimates.
